Me too! I do zumba for about 50 minutes 4-5 times a week. Those days I can easily fit two 8 oz glasses of wine (12-13% alcohol) in to my calories without going over :)

For me I do Zumba for 50-60 minutes without stopping with mostly high intensity or at least medium intensity songs and my HRM says I burn about 400 calories. You know yourself :) If you would be affected by seeing the number go up then this is not for you. This really works for me because I'm pretty consistent and know exactly what to expect if I'm doing everything right.

First of all, if the scale shows that I gained 2 lbs, oh well. I dont sweat it! You could be retaining water, etc. MFP does not send a notification that I gained weight, but the next time my weight is lower it will act as if I lost more weight than I did.
