Ahhh Diet Soda is my one bad habit I can't seem to kick! Congratulations to you -- keep it up! But for me, there are certain foods that you just have to have soda with. The food just doesn't taste the same ;)

Based on MFP, my daily allotment of sugar is 38 grams. 95% or more of the time I'm far under that. I rarely go over. However, I always go over on Sodium and Protein!

I actually had their frozen chow mein last night. I eat half of the package + half of a package of steamed broccoli that I mix in for a total of 365 calories, which isn't too bad for a dinner! It's so quick and yummy. They use white meat chicken too! I'm not a fan of dark meat.

I am a big fan of peanut butter too! But I have been eating their Better'N Peanut butter because it's 50% the calories of regular peanut butter. Great for a preworkout snack!
