This is a great idea!

I've also experienced this condition in my right shoulder. It started many years ago when I was a member of my high school swim team. At that time I took acetaminophen, which really did nothing for the pain. I eventually had to get steroid injections into my shoulder, along with physical therapy to make sure it didn't lock…

I'm sorry you have to put up with this nonsense in the process of doing your job. I would still keep documentation, but quietly start looking for another position. Ask your supervisor/administrator for a positive written letter of reference for your portfolio. It's obvious that your administrators do not plan on addressing…

I never used a scale, except at my regular doctor's appointments, until I joined MFP. When I realized I couldn't track my progress without weighing in, I bought a digital scale that I use for my weekly weigh-ins. I do find myself wanting to weigh-in more than weekly, just because that scale is so available. Using the fit…

I wish my weight loss had been similar to your loss, but as long as I'm losing I just keep plugging away. I also do not have a trainer, a gym membership, or fancy weights and other equipment. I thought that's why my losing was taking so long. I rationalize the time delay as a lesson to teach me to appreciate the effort and…

I love my regular yoga class, and I'd love to check out a 'hot yoga' class if I could find one. What do you wear?

Fred Rogers (Mister Roger's Neighborhood) He was the most gentle, kind person on his show. When I was young, I always wondered what it would be like to really live in his neighborhood.

Congratulations!

Yes!!! But then the guilt becomes overpowering. I 'want" to love my high-caloric favorites less, and start a "new affair" with fresh vegetables, etc., but the mojo is all wrong when I'm basking in the afterglow. Unfortunately, I end up doing the walk of shame...

The Green One--but, if the green one came in black that would be good, too! I think you would feel more comfortable wearing that one to the Symphony and a restaurant.

I know--it just amazes me, too!

Yes, I agree 100% with 1ConcreteGirl. You make a decision and follow through.

How does one figure out he or she can accomplish this spectacular fete? Lessons, imitation, boredom.....???

Yes--me, too! I am only drinking 4-5 cups routinely. I do drink other liquids (coffee, diet soda, tea, etc.) but I mainly force down plain water after my workouts.

I guess it's just their personal preference about what they want to share. I always wondered why people don't use their real name for their screen name...

~commenting on this person's beautiful photo~it's lovely~like a princess~ To add to the thread... I did attend one wedding that had an unruly child running around the dinner reception area. She ran into the cake table and the top tiers of the cake came down. One guest was the unlucky recipient of the toppling. At least the…

When I was 12, a local Dairy Queen had a contest to name a Banana Split. I entered and won the prize. It was a LIVE SPIDER MONKEY (to go with their promo--name the banana split and we'll put a monkey on your back). My Dad would take scrambled eggs from his breakfast plate when my Mom wasn't looking, and hand-feed it before…
