The Butler Very good factual story. The actors were very believable, and the lead actor (Forest Whitaker) was perfect. Oprah Winfrey (playing his wife) also gave a fantastic performance. This is a film for all audiences.

I love the Leslie Sansone DVDs. When I first started using them a year ago I could only do 2 miles at a time. I can do the 5 mile ones now, and I get a great workout at home. I shampoo and condition my hair every day after working out. I am dripping like a racehorse after an hour on the elliptical; mainly from my head, so my hair is gross when I finish. I have short hair, so it dries quickly after showering.

Workout indoors. Elliptical is a good substitute for outdoor running (for me). It seems to create the same calorie burn.

I don't run, but I walk real fast :o) I like the cardio-feeling better when I'm outside, going up and down hills, but the treadmill will make me sweat more. 1st choice>outside 2nd choice>treadmill

Me, too--writing everything down in a spiral notebook to discuss with my nutritionist was really impossible at times. I guessed at a lot of the content I had from restaurants, and employee pot-lucks. MFP is so much easier. I like the exercise section, too.

I like the Applebees chain. They have a great variety/selection on their menu, the food is reasonably-priced, and I've always had great service from the wait staff. My favorite selection is the Santa Fe Taco Salad.
