If for no other reason - this is why women should lift!

I have only been lifting for about 7 weeks but its definitely something I love doing, I have my set routine that works alongside my shifts at work but on Monday I missed my gym fix due to an unexpected visit by the in-laws...that night my bf kept saying how grumpy I was, although I just felt tired personally.

Jump to last night, got a really good workout in, improved my deadlifts, had a good sweat - my bf said to me after dinner - you know your in such a better mood today because you got to pump iron :)

TOO TRUE !

So men - although you may not fully understand why your gf/wife lifts - take note it will make your life easier!
Women - get those endorphins pumped without the aid of chocolate !

Apply this to any exercise you want, for me its lifting, but after a while you'll come to realise its not just a chore, its a way of life and when you miss a session you actually miss it.

Go and make your life happier - go EXERCISE!!!

I'm grumpy half the time by nature... I'm just downright mean on rest days or when for some reason I can't go to the gym because of doctor visits for the kids or something lol Both my boys have a dentist appt. tomorrow, not sure if I'll be able to go after, and that would mean taking an extra day off :grumble:
