  • I love asparagus and its best just roasted - break it in half by bending, it will snap at the best place. spread out on a cookie sheet and give it a quick spray with olive oil flavored spray, squueze some lemon over it and a little sea salt 3 to 5 minutes at 400 degrees and it is delicious, and low cal
  • I'm no expert, but I do think its normal to get "stuck" for awhile, If you know you are sticking to your diet and exercise plan, then don;t give up, it will come!

  • That's me too, and I hate it!!!! My ex can send me to the junk food quicker thtan anything. Trying to break the cycle is not easy.

  • I don't know how to open up the diary, but I can feeel your pain! I am stuck too, but bf keeps dropping. I;m happy for him, but ready for my scales to start dropping again too. All I can say is, keep with it, change will kick back in.

  • Hi everyone, I am barely in this group at 49 - my goal is to lose 30 pounds before I turn 50, and so I am looking for any and all friends to chat with, etc. I have an office job, egular hours and no excuse to not exercise. I used to run, then I quit and I am having a hard time getting started again.
