Hi marc, it sounds like you shrunk your stomach over the past few weeks. if you start eating regular size meals you will stretch out your stomach you don't want to do that. Eat small meals and do start to exercise. How is your endurance level? How long can you exercise?

@Brianna - Don't give up. You hit a plateau but you can get past it with the right exercise. Also eating right does help, eat salads and sandwiches but don't deny yourself the foods you love (eat those in small portions).
