Ah okay thank you. Could you suggest one that easily translates the heart rate measurements into calories lost without breaking the bank too bad? If I drop 200 bucks on one the wife might kill me haha.

Personally I like to do a lot of Bench Dips (can be done anywhere for the most part and I will even knock some out on my 10 minute breaks at work) and Dumbbell Kickbacks. Either seated with 2 or using a bench with one, standing and leaning with one hand down. Thats just me tho.
