  • With my daughter it's kind of the opposite! She is a vacuum cleaner for food, so anytime I try to eat at least 1/4-1/2 is eaten by her! So when I'm tracking I have to remind myself that I rarely ever eat the whole granola bar or handful of pretzels, etc.
  • Yes, things like mustard or diet drinks. Also if I just use like two pieces of lettuce on a sandwich I won't track that. I also don't track my one cup of coffee each morning. I know coffee is 0 cals, but I do use a tiny little teaspoon of sugar and some liquid creamer. Oh well.
