I've done 90X and other at home workouts. They are okay, but you cant beat going to the gym. First thing you do is get the memebership, then go get some new workout clothes (TJ Max is a good place if you have them). Then start going. The most important thing for me is to focus on eating healthy foods and making it about "fueling" my body. Besides that it is making sure I eat enough cals.
