  • SO I JUST STARTED THIS MY FITNESS PAL NOT SURE EXACTLY IF I'M DOING THINGS RIGHT OR NOT HAVEN'T GONE OVER MY CALORIE COUNT BUT HAVE GONE OVER MY CARB.
