I kept one pair of jeans and one shirt from my largest size. The rest I donated. Don't want to see them, don't need to know they are there "just in case". No clothes that size means I can't go back :)

I've been logging for over a year and I think it helps me tremendously. I have problems with portions. Even if I do go over, at least I can see WHERE I overate and try to fix it next time.

Thanks everyone. I'm leaning toward keeping recording it for now. I like the number being RIGHT THERE so i know how close I am to my daily limit (on either side). Been doing this for a year on Wednesday and down 52lbs. I've amazed myself that I've kept up with it! lol

Started at 228 this past April. When I started I couldn't walk 50 feet without being out of breath, now I"m walking .75 miles during lunch at work daily, then when i get home I walk at least half a mile to 1.5 miles daily. My big thing was keeping track of my food intake...but I'm amazed how much I've lost. Need to add…

2 Days into "Sober September" Starting weight. 179.2! Lets see how this goes. I'll try to weigh in each friday.

Well I'm going to try it. :) I'll post my weight here once a week and see what (if anything) it affects. I'm going to keep logging my food and walking as I have been so the only difference will be the no vodka intake. This will start on Sep. 3rd (yes after labor day :) ). I'll post my first weigh in on the night of labor…

I've already cut back to just friday and saturday...and Normally the calories balance out. But just curious how No liquor at all would do...Guess I'll test it and see!

That's mainly all I have been doing and it's worked so far. Log all your food, watch those calories and walk!
