  • P90x ab ripper and Pilates. I like a streaming one off netflix- "10 minute solutions- pilates" The 10 minute ab work out is killer! And I always try to tell myself- I have 10 minutes! I can do it! Also- ab ripper is only 15 minutes. Planks are great too.
