Okay Tough Question. How many of you have taken your "before' pictures? I know you feel embarrassed, because I do. But I want to be able to see my progress even if no one else ever sees them. So challenge for today is go take your BEFORE pictures.

If you ball up aluminum foil and place the bottom of your crock pot then place the seasoned whole roasting chicken on top you will get a nice rotisserie style chicken.

Definitely eat first. Eat really good nourishing things. Then to stave off the family questions try carrying around a dish with some food on it . Stir it occasionally so people think you are eating. Then as people finish eating just set it down and walk away. If someone asks tell them you just put your plate down.
