I was at a plateua, gained two pounds and was stuck again. I went over my calories by about 300 for three days and then dropped back down to my regular goal. 4lbs came off!!! Try it!

Took me three weeks ob Advil to get over the caffeine. I was hardcore Pepsi and tea. But it was SOOO worth it!! It will pass.

Lots of fun and you WILL feel it!!! I would also recommend Shaun T's Move & Groove if you are just starting out. The dancing is so much fun, you can't stop! My eight year old dances to Move & Groove by herself now! She thinks it's a fun game!

The grocery stores that have rotisserie chicken put them on sale every evening at about 6:00pm. You can get a whole chicken for about $4.00. No cooking and high protein. Hope this helps!
