Well, I started out slow by making healthier food choices. I incorporated more fruit and mostly veggies in my diet. One thing that has helped me immensely is increasing my protein. I do 60 min of cardio and about 30 min of strength training. My cardio consists of the elliptical and stationary bike, 30 min a piece. I change it up to surprise my body and sometimes only do 30 min of cardio and 30 min of strength training. I make an effort to lift weights every time I go to the gym!

My digital kitchen scale is one of the best investments I have made. It takes the guess work out of guessing serving sizes. I would definitely recommend purchasing one!

I'm having the same problem. I exercise 3x a week at the gym and 2x a week at home and I'm at a standstill. I gained .8 pounds and I'm afraid to get back on the scale. I consume 1200 cal and I weight 250lbs. Do I need to exercise more or increase my calories? Any feedback would be appreciated and very helpful!

I would personally ask about my sodium intake and how it affects my weight. I would also ask what types of foods you should be eating and what foods will naturally rev up your metabolism. Hope your feeling well!
