I'd like to fit back into my size 14 capris again. Unfortunately I am a size 18 right now due to heavy stress in my life. But I am planning on changing that so that I can feel confident about myself again.

Hello! I'm new too. I am trying to slim down so that I have more energy but it's hard with being in college. Let me know how the "Ripped in 30 days" works. I've been looking at that workout to do on my Wii. :)
