24 oz of water (while breakfast was cooking). One boiled egg. Oatmeal. Coffee. It's what's for breakfast!

If it's not straight water, I don't count it in my water count. I add it to my food counts. Anything besides water, processes as food in your body (even zero calorie drinks) so it all goes into food counts.

I was just coming to the community to ask the same questions. My cardio automatically logs calories burned but the strength training stuff (situps/pushups, etc) doesn't calculate it. Therefore, it doesn't give a very accurate picture of my days' accomplishments. I'll be keeping an eye on this topic to see if anyone has a…
