Thanks, I just got up to level 2 last week. It really is a killer!

Thanks, that's really sweet but my belly was not toned at all in the before pic! Try amazon for the DVD, its much cheaper! I paid £8 inc P&P
-
I would definitely recommend it, it's hard work. Unfortunately it doesn't get rid of stretch marks though...I am yet to find one that does! LOL

Abs are slowly getting tighter post baby. you can see my progress pics for my 6week 6pack challenge here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/238588-6-week-6-pack-4-weeks-in-pictures

Thanks. I do Jillian Michaels dvd 6 week 6 pack four times a week, gym twice a week and 4/5 mornings a week I do 6 sets of x20 reverse crunches, 6 sets of x10 crunches and 3 sets of 30sec plank holds. Jillian incorporates these moves into the dvd as well.

He has never said this out loud but I'm pretty sure it's Eva Mendes. On our first movie night in three years ago he brought FOUR DVDs all with her in. Tbh she is stunning, she is definitely my girl crush. Her and Alicia keys! I want to BE her! Lol

Americans call cross trainers Ellipticals. Add all ingredients that make up your meal including condiments. I don't add dry spices but everything else gets logged!

I wish I could communicate to everyone on here that I have lost 54lbs by eating back half of my exercise calories.
-
I would definitely recomend it as it's a great cardio and toning tool. She gives great suggestions as to how to make the exercises more difficult as you get better at them too. See my profile pics for progress pictures. I'm halfway through so my current picture is them at the halfway point.

I am doing Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack. Level 1 was ok but I started level 2 last night and it's a killer!!
-
It's another jillian michaels DVD that is called 30 day shred and v good for toning
-
Thanks I'd definitely recommend it! I resized the pic but for sOme reason it sometimes shows up as huge. I refreshed and it was ok.

I have found that Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack has helped me tone my tummy massively. I have also heard 30 day shred is very good for all over toning. I try to do my DVD whilst wearing ankle weights for extra resistance. I got my DVD and ankle weights from amazon very cheap.

I dont mind people texting as it's not bothering me and I am on the edge of my seat to see if they will lose concentration and fall off the treadmill! I HATE when someone is chatting away on the phone though! That irritates me muchly! Especially when they are so loud I can hear them over my ipod which is on max volume!!

I am a member of Fitness First in the UK. I used to be with Virgin Active before I started maternity leave. Personally I am highly motivated so I find I can go to the gym and do my workout and motivate myself to go. I would say that the environment I work out in is very important for me. Fitness First is not as nice as…

Another opinion here... I started using 2lbs wrist weights on each wrist whilst working out on elliptical a few weeks ago and I promise you I've seen a HUGE difference in my arms! I haven't increased my strength training, the only thing I've changed in the past few weeks that could affect my arms is the fact I'm using the…

I had a baby 7 months ago now and never thought I would get back my naturally flat tummy but I nearly have so it can be done! Different things work for different people but for me it was lots and lots of cardio that burned the fat off and then as I get closer to goal I am doing more strength training, Jillian Michaels 6…
-
Yeah, you do level 1 for three weeks then level 2 for three weeks. I may get the shred after...
-
I just log it under Aerobics, general. That tells me I burn around 300 calories and I figured I normally sweat about the same amount and am out of breath about the same as from my 300 calorie burn on the treadmill anyway.

How did you find 30DS? I am thinking of getting that one next but how does it compare to Banish Fat? Which one is a harder workout? Which one gave you better results?
-
There is both, she combines cardio and ab work. It is a really good workout that had me sweating BUCKETS in the first week. Now I have to make it a bit tougher adding weights in (which is what she suggests too) still sweating but handling it better. I definitely sweat as much as I do in a gym session. Been doing it four…

Thanks all! Tune in next week for more pics! LOL

Venti - decaff - skinny - cappucinno Or if I am feeling rather healthy I will go for a Green Tea.

This is great advice! Just remember there is still natural sugar in fruit so make sure you bulk out your smoothie with milk or natural yoghurt.
-
Good luck! Just so long as you use it religiously then this site will do wonders for your weight loss! p.s - I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE New kids on the Block!!!!, secretly this was the only reason I read this post! LOL

I also HATE cottage cheese with a passion! Gives me the shivers just thinking about it! Re the meat maxi pad why dont you just tip it into the bin rather than touching it and then rinse out the container? Problem solved no?
-
Oh man I hate squats!! Cant get the hang of the kettlebell moves either. Any other suggestions?? I wanna be able to bounce a coin off my *kitten*!!!!

Good post! tbh, I mainly only track my calories rather than anything else so probably don't notice that the carbs section or protein section etc has not been filled in. I have been coming across incorrect entries lately though so will start reporting those. It is also really difficult to see these/confirm these when you…

AMAZING! You both look great! I love that you have supported each other through this, lovely to hear.

I guess so. Good advice from everyone. I think I just panic cos weight loss slows as you get nearer to your goal weight and I want to make sure I avoid it as much as I can. Also because I am a bit of a novice when it comes to health and fitness, I feel like I am still learning so much about how to do thing's correctly.…
