I'm feeling very discouraged as well. I actually have noticed that my body is getting more toned but for some reason I'm finding the workouts more challenging. It seems to be working in opposite for me: the more I do the workouts the less endurance I seem to have. I wonder if it could be diet related, like I don't consume…

I tried lvl 2 today. I found it very challenging and took way too many breaks!

Usually just extra ab workouts because I can handle them very easily. The butt kicks aren't as bad as the jumping jacks so I try to do those if I can but sometimes those aggravate my back also.

My back is absolutely killing me from carrying around my colicky baby for hours at a time. For some reason the cardio really aggravates the sore muscles in my back so I'm started subbing in other exercises in place of the jumping jacks. I figure it's better than skipping the whole workout!

I just joined this site because I am on day three of the 30DS. I've never worked out before in my life (besides high school gym class) and after just having my second baby three months ago I'm finding it difficult to lose the weight I've gained. I'm not sure if I'm finding this program so difficult because I haven't worked…
