I use canned pumpkin in my morning oatmeal, I just add cinnamon, maybe some crushed walnuts or raisins, and sweeten to taste.

I monitor my potassium because I'm a runner and if I don't get enough I get sore muscles and slow recovery, but I'm constantly low! I really hope it's because not everything in the food database has potassium listed.

I take iron and B12 (B12 because I got seriously low once, mysteriously). Iron is good for active women, especially if you do a lot of cardio and/or if you're diet means you avoid red meat, but it's best to get tested for low iron to see if you really need it. Actually red meat is also a good source of B vitamins as well…

I used to hate cottage cheese, but now I have it with Cocoa, sweetener, and frozen cherries for dessert. Sooo yummy!
