Starting weight 66kg (BMI 22.5 so aiming for 11-16kg gain total) Week 1-11: +0.8kg Week 12: 67.8 (+1.8kg, cumulative total) eek that was a huge gain last week but still within normal overall for first trimester I stopped logging last week, and didn't get to the gym as much as I would've liked, so not too worried as I'm…

Hi everyone! I'm due 24th August but here in NZ that makes it a Winter baby, which I'm so happy about (don't deal with heat very well). I'm 12 weeks along and it's my first. So excited :)

I was in a weight loss challenge when I found out I was pregnant at 4/5 weeks (so was in the habit of near daily weigh-ins) it was crazy I would go from 66.4kg to 67.1kg (146.4-147.9lbs) overnight then back to 66.4kg the next day. It was all bloating. I'm now at 12 weeks and have gained 1.4 kg (3lbs) total since…

Oh - never thought about antiperspirant! My big blister (about 5-6cm (2in) in diameter) from a week ago is still healing but the blister plaster things seem to be helping.

I get them on the arch of my foot - I do have Asics so that's interesting about the stitching... i'll try an insole and taping/blister plasters but fingers crossed my feet toughen up. Thanks for all the suggestions :)

My first half is in November - the longest training distance I'm planning is 19kms (11.8miles). I only started training a few weeks ago, the longest distance I've run so far is 10kms (6.2miles) so hopefully I can get there. I've never done any sort of running so this is definitely a challenge!

Chickpea curry can be really inexpensive and it makes a heap - just need a tin of chickpeas, a tin of tomatoes (whole peeled or diced), the recipe calls for a couple of potatoes but I make mine with 1 sweet potato and some pumpkin (so much yummier), a couple diced onions, a couple cloves of garlic (crushed) a bit of oil…

Funnily enough guns aren't legal in all countries so it's just not a feasible option. Same goes for knives (not even ok for self defence under criminal law here...) and even pepper spray is illegal. I either run at the gym, with my husband or during daylight hours.

Very interesting, I'm 5'7 and used to be UK12 in the hips, UK8 waist and UK10 in the chest at around 158 (is that a pear or an hourglass?), now i'm at 151ish and definitely down to a UK10 in hips and 8 in waist and 8/10 in bust...

Just jumped on the electric scale that had me at 33% bf at the start of the month; down to 31.2% with 1 week to go. Lost approx 1.3kgs so down to 68.7kg (151lbs) now from 70kg (154lbs)

I had a similar problem - fluctuated by a couple of kgs within the first month and a half of joining the gym and going regularly 4/5 times a week for 60mins each session. I only began to notice weight loss once I started closely paying attention to the kinds of foods I was eating - introducing more greens and vegetables,…

So bf was a bit higher than I thought: 32.3%, starting weight 70kg (154lbs). I'm aiming to do 2-3 weight sessions and 2 -3 cardio sessions a week. I think my goal is to probably get within a healthy bf range so between 20-24%, dropping about 10kgs.

I'm a complete noob here and this is my first time trying to cut bodyfat % I have no idea where i'm currently at (would guess anywhere between 25-30%) but i'm getting measurements done on Monday - i'll post them here then. I'm in a 12-week fat loss challenge with a bunch of my workmates so once I know what i'm starting…
