  • I LOVE nutritional yeast! Sprinkle it on salads, pastas, veggies, potatoes, soups, etc. You can also make different "cheese" sauces with it. Since it is used a lot as a cheese substitute, look on vegan websites such as vegweb.com and happyherbivore.com. Godairyfree.org has some good recipes, too. Hope that helps! Laura
