hi yes i do eat more on exercise days, maybe not quite 1200 cal but i give it a good go. i didn't realise you could make the food diary public, i'll go and change the settings

hi thanks for posting a reply, yes i have heard about the losing fat and gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. I do zumba and fight club as exercise. I should start measuring myself i guess, not just go by weight
