  • I have been workingout for 5 weeks now and watching what I eat with 1400 cal diet. I slip on the weekends but never go over 1500 cals in a day. What am I doing wrong? I am eating too many cals @ 1400? I only lost 3 lbs with carido and lt. weight lifting. I want to jump on this challenge with everyone.
