I want to do this too! Going soon for a jog so i will try to figure out the ticker later today. Goal is 50 miles. I also want to start trying to run a 10k. I haven't gotten up to 5k quite during a jog yet though.

I did it and loved it. It really is a great program the way it slowly builds your endurance. I could only do 2.5 miles in the 30 minutes when I got to the end. That was around Christmas I think. I hear you!! I hate winter and I hate cold weather. Actually, I can kind of deal with exercising in the cold, and i was going to go out today, but it just started icing and sleeting! Ok, I seriously did not know you could regroup a toenail. I feel like a dork for not knowing but very, very relieved. I really like the couch to 5k program and this was bumming me out a little so thank you so much for the replies. Lol at swallowing a bug. One went up my nose while I was out the other day.

I'm doing week 4 day 3 today. I'm hoping the track is free. On Monday there was an event going on and I jogged on sidewalks through town. I'm not fast and I don't like jogging in public, plus I really like that the track is flat and I always know where I'm going. I'm behind where I thought I would be because of overtime…

Good morning, Current weight is 182-184 (it said 182 yesterday, but is hovering closer to 184 this morning. Goal weight for the end of September is 176.
