  • Big bag of popcorn at the movies. Basically have to eat as, or instead of, dinner when we go see a movie.
  • I also started with 30DS and went into RI30 right after. It is a big step up with 4 levels - one week on each. I am now doing the 6 Week 6 Pack video, have a week and a half left. I might try Shed it with Weights or Extreme Shed and Shred after. I really enjoy her videos. This is the first time I actually managed to stick…
  • I am 5'10" and my ideal weight is around 130-133lbs. I have a light frame, light bones. Anything over 140lbs doesn't work for me. I think it really depends on the individual.
  • If this is any help, I use similar (slightly lower) numbers to what this person measured with a heart rate monitor for each week on Ripped. http://www.workingouteatingin.com/calories-burned/
  • Same thing happened to me, I ended up replacing some of them with different moves from level 1 until the pain went away. I literally couldn't bend my wrist back to hold myself on the mat, and I actually have 2 mats down so it's not because it wasn't soft. I figured I rather follow what she says, "no injuries, please."
  • Did my first day today. Much harder than the shred was. Glad I did that one first. I can definitely see getting ripped in 30 if I stick to her routine. Not a single second's gonna be easy but it will be so worth it!.
  • I am finishing the 30 Day Shred this Saturday, will take a day rest and start Ripped in 30 on Monday (Apr 22) Feel free to add me if you're just starting out so we can encourage each other!
