I noticed you mentioned 'should get a job'. Do that. more time your are busy doing something, less time mind has to imagine food. Happens to me all the time. Think of this as a gift for Rob. Set a goal to give him a skinny you by his birthday perhaps??

I do weight training along with cardio. I do it enough so that my body begs for a rest day. It feels weird but not guilty to rest, but I do it intense enough on my workout days that my body automatically tells me to give it a break (ends up 1-2 rest days a week)

thanks for the replies. I am guilty of eating too little early on when I was ultra motivated. I have stabled out around 1300 calorie intake for the last week.
