I have the same problem but it's not as extreme. I found my stomach reacts really badly to some foods. I can't eat things like bananas, broccoli and some dairy food. My stomach will bloat (in the round preggers way) with severe pain. Watch how your body reacts to different foods.

I really wish my boyfriend would start caring about what he puts in his mouth because as he gets older his metabolism is slowing down. He refuses to acknowledge he's gaining weight.

I eat a lot of raw veggies and fruit. I log everything to see my fiber and vitamin intake.

The cuts in my arms, legs, and stomach from muscle gain. I'll catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror when I'm working out and I see the muscle I'm using. It's an awesome feeling.

I usually curb those sugar cravings with a Special K mocha crunch meal bar. It tastes like a treat and the fiber curbs my cravings.

I take body fortress super advanced whey protein after every workout. I've had strawberry and chocolate & peanut butter. Both taste great. I don't do anything fancy to my shakes, just add water.

I know how it is, I have big calves too from fruit boots and insanity. Skinny jeans that aren't part spandex are my worst nightmare because my calves don't fit, never mind taking them off haha. You'll learn to love them, trim/cut legs are sexy. Not little noodles.
