  • It's great to know there are so many people out there facing the same journey and the same struggles, but it's having a place to list collective gains---or technically, losses :) ---that makes this group such a great motivator. Off to the gym now!
  • I think I've gone up (187). But I missed the gym all week last week. Got to get back in the groove. Doing good food-wise.
  • I would love to join too! I just found myfitnesspal and am learning how to use it. I'm currently fluctuating around 185 and my goal is to get to 150~lb by June 2 (big 3-0!). I'm being pretty successful exercising but I need to be more accountable on the food front, so being part of this group would be wonderful!
