I agree 110% I am thinner when I eat. It is a really hard mental concept for me to grasp. I for years worked out 2 hrs a day and ate 1000 calories and was the biggest I have ever been. If I have extra calories at night, I usually have an additional Protien shake to make up for them..

Try eating your big meal in the middle of the day and a protien shake and a piece of fruit after your nightly workout. If you get a protein powder with 200 calories or more you should be good...,
