hey everyone ,my internet isnt working so i havent been able to check in. completed everything for monday & will have it all done today as well. just wanted to let you know im still here and getting it done! hope your weeks going well :)

i haven't really tried playing around with how far apart my feet are..maybe that will help! i picked up a bottle of glucosamine today which apparently helps with knees. fingers crossed it will...even bending down to pick up my puppy or something they hurt! i'm only 22 i shouldn't have these kind of pains already lol

don't get down on yourself! your doing awesome ,9 glasses is so close to our goal. and 500 extra calories isnt a huge deal.. we all need a treat sometimes! tomorrows a new day =)

eat cals- done exercise cals- done miles- done (3 miles) crunches/squats/arms- almost done... my knees have been bothering me lately and could only get 20 squats done ,but did the rest water- done (10+ glasses ,stopped counting..was really thirsty today for some reason!)

we dressed our dogs up! my niece went as a farm girl & we dressed up our 3 dogs (pug and two boxers) as the three little pigs! it was soo cute!!

i've heard that shaking while doing planks means its working as well. my bootcamp instructor says they work your whole body if your doing them right (abs, lower/upper back, hips, shoulders, arms, abs, quads,obliques). no wonder our bodies shake after doing them for a certain amount of time! the first time i tried a plank…
