Oh, memories of finishing a big tub of double chocolate icecream and bags of chocolate chip cookies, 8 chocolate bars in one evening... I should be as skinny as a pole by now!

Ugh this is such a pain isn't it... I usually get insane cravings 1-2 days before my period arrives, and my period is often late, so sometimes the 1-2 days lasts longer. The cravings are unbearable! I usually have a lot of difficulty controlling myself at this point, but I guess what I should do is load up on vegetable…

Ingredients: 1 hass avocado, 1/4 cup honey, 3 tbsp cocoa powder Directions: Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Voila! Most wholesome cake frosting ever! Honestly, you don't taste the avocado; It's…

My favorite way is to mix equal parts of natural peanut butter with real maple syrup plus a pinch of salt, stir and pour the sauce on an oven-baked sweet potato. It's DELICIOUS! and it's got a higher calorie, fat and protein count thanks to the peanut butter. Hope you guys enjoy =)

I cook all of my own food and enjoy doing so. I look at all my labels and do calculations in my head, then divisions if it's several portions. I think the extra math work helps give my brain a workout too! I have a very good memory so I'll move numbers around to save myself time or space on my food diary. I think it's…

If you decide to try a few new things... This is my post-workout smoothie of this week: 1 cup almond milk (5x protein) 1/3 cup flavored greek yogurt 1 cup of frozen berries 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder a spoonful of ground flax seeds a spoonful of oat flour a few spinach leaves and water for desired thickness…

I was asking myself the same question as I've been playing a decent amount of tennis lately. I assume it's for a game that keeps you decently active aka between players that have experience. I log in the whole duration when I play against a brick wall or in a racketball court by myself as obviously it's more demanding.

Sugar still gets processed as sugar in your system, but the more wholesome, the better. Artificial sweeteners, as you've seen, are not the way to go - They aren't natural and mess with your body. Honey and maple syrup are great sweeteners. Unfortunately maple syrup is expensive but honey can be bought for cheap if you buy…

Honestly, plain and simple fruit n nut bars. Oat n nuts granola is nice and even nicer on yogurt but I prefer homemade bars. They are quick and easy to make, can be made in whatever shape, they keep and travel well. Combinations are endless, and they pack a punch by giving you a bit of everything (except stuff you get from…

1 raw egg yolk mixed with 1 spoon of honey - surprisingly tasty stuff that puts on faces of horror on others haha I would NOT recommend eating chocolate icecream and ketchup. It's one of the worst things I've ever tried. (It was a dare...)

Thanks everyone!

I only got one question concerning soup... People have always stated that it's bad to drink lots of water while eating soo... what about eating veggies and grains floating in the seasoned stuff?

I LOVE OATS!!! Ahem. Here are some ideas. I don't usually make my oatmeal with dairy milk - I like to use rice milk, sometimes almond milk or even just water. -*Wild* blueberries and real maple syrup is A-mazing! My all-time favorite. I make this one with rice milk. -Cinnamon overload with ground flax seeds, chopped nuts…

I love having a protein shake as a post-workout meal. This week I've been making this: 1 cup almond milk (5x protein) 1/3 cup flavored greek yogurt 1 cup of frozen berries 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder a spoonful of ground flax seeds a spoonful of oat flour a few spinach leaves and water for desired thickness…

I'm 27, 5'2" and currently weigh 143lbs, but I just honestly can't picture myself being in the 120lb mark! I'm trying to lose weight but gain a good amount of muscle too; I'll be happy if I can make it to 130-133lbs.

Am I the only person that doesn't know what's going on? What does TNP stand for?

I forgot to mention something super important! You MUST let them chill overnight because they don't taste that great the same day compared to the next! Seriously, must chill overnight. If you're scared they might be too healthy tasting, you could add a tin bit of cane sugar to it or something, but I've had junkfood loving…

I don't know about the whole craving foods we need to eat... I used to crave junk food that was really bad for me all the time and I know it's not because it had something I was desperately needing.

Interesting... and actually, I can easily eat 1/4 cup when it's in the form of the recipe written above

I love eating and I seem to be an emotional eater, including pretty much all emotions it seems... I've never been a really happy person and several years ago became rather depressed and lost my motivation to just, do stuff. I used to love doing sports and exercise and I'm Just starting to get back into that. I've always…
