i only drink Republic of tea brand tea. Love it! Have not found one yet i did not like. And their chocolate teas! Yum!

I pack protein bars and fresh fruit for road trips. I also listen to audio books as it helps keep my mind occupied and off thinking about food. I find I snack half as much if I listen to book vs listening to the radio.

9 years active duty coast guard here. I hated the idea of being stuck on a ship 9 months+ at a time so the Navy was not for me. I love The Coast guard and working in search and rescue.

My point was that many do not work in labor anymore. They are not burning calories on the job.

Wish I could ride to loose weight, but my horses are gaited, so not much of a workout! I do ride bareback a lot and find it does work my legs more.

I just started it yesterday. I have been dieting and exercising for several months and lost only a couple pounds. I have had surgery on both legs so intensive cardio is out for me. I am really hoping this will help me get going. I work out 4-5 times a week for 60-75 mins, just lower intensity because of my surgeries. I get…
