I say the best motivation for him is watching you..seeing your journey and goals and you meeting them....Maybe try not to push him because it is what you want not exactly what he is ready for ... I KNOW it is hard to want to push others into what we want is best for them but like anything "new" its a step you have to want…

NO !! Not at all I will be the first to say I have seen some who do look "older" when they lose weight and actually scared me BUT if you are healthy who cares !!! BY NO means do you look 35 You are gorgeous !!!
