I think its frustrating for you because its a hard to change the way we view meals... I agree with the cheat day/meal idea, it always gives me something to look forward too and "earn"... I also bargain with myself when i want to eat something I shouldn't.. like... ok you can have dessert, but you have to work off the calories first.... then I dont feel as guilty when I give in to a craving... I noticed a big difference when I stopped drinking alcohol... and then when I added it back in, I stalled. Since then I removed alcohol and increased my fresh veggie/fruit juice and it really seemed to help... Gives my liver a break and all the juicing gives me tons of energy! Best of luck, Melissa
