Ugghhh...AF is a PITA! Especially when trying to lose weight. Don't fret. Just try and rest as much as your body needs to. I'm new on here, but I traditionally only weigh myself once a week, usually for me on Saturday mornings before I eat any breakfast. I noticed if I did it daily, I would lose motivation because it would change from day to day depending on what I've eaten.

I quit smoking three months ago, and unfortunately gained weight in the process. I knew it would happen, but now it's time to lose it! My goal is to lose a modest 6 pounds this month. Anything more would be a bonus! I have a lot to lose, but slowly, I WILL get there!
