I guess I am not understanding this challenge. I thought you put your start in weight which was 168.8 on week 1 Monday June 10 and then my weigh in on week 2 June 17 was 166.7 so I am thinking a loss of 2.1 lbs for week 2 but according to chart it has nothing for me. I am currently doing weight watchers on line and also doing MFP too. I keep track of my weight watchers points and I keep track of my calories and compare what I have tracked. I think you did very well on your exercise today and only wish I could run however don't see that happening anytime soon . I do try and walk at least three miles a day . Seems you are loosing your weight to so you must be doing something right. Good Luck
