I love my avacadoes as well, but they are so calorie dense that one avacado is more than 300 calories! That's my whole lunch practically! So, it's more of a treat than anything even if its considered a "healthy" fat.

No, no, no. Do not stop eating your veggies. Broccoli, of course, had calories, but it's wonderful for you. It has a lot of benefits more than just low calories. It provides a lot of protein and vitamins and minerals as well. So stick with it despite it has some calories.
