  • I don't think I agree with eating the exercise calories because then you defeat the purpose of burning the 'extra' calories. That would mean that if you burn 200 calories and eat that, as well, what was the reason for working out at all? That would also mean that if you didn't do ANY exercise, you should lose weight…
