Did another 2.2 miles today! Also, after I set this goal I ended up changing my training schedule/composition so i'm focussing more on lifting rather than cardio ergo why im lagging. either way i want to see where i end up at the end of the month and will still be working toward 40.

I also have scoliosis but not as severe as yours. One thing that helped me a TON with the pain and strengthening my core was doing pilates. I had an awesome instructor that worked with me one-on-one to figure out which specific exercise would strengthen my back and abs the most without causing injury or having to suffer…

im using vega sport (which is pricey) but dairy and gluten free. the sport one has 25 g protein per serving which i think is best you can do for nondairy/non animal product..but good luck!

That sounds super tough, have you tried burning or diffusing essential oils? I bought a cheap ($10) oil diffuser and diffuse lavender and eucalyptus oil in whatever space I'm in, focusing on deep breathing. It really helps to bring me down and relax a little bit.
