We blend half yeast, nearly half cashew nuts, pinch of salt, add garlic powder if want. Nice on pasta and salads. Unprocessed whole foods - yum:-)

Hi I'm vegan:-) l usually have a smoothie =banana, blueberries, spoonful of chia seeds (soaked overnight in almond milk), almond milk, spoonful of LSA, spoonful of oats. Antioxidants, protein, essential fatty acids, complex carbs and volume, and not forgetting fast and sweet:-) Otherwise cashew butter on grain toast.

I,d start by watching Earthlings on YT, going vegan, buying a rice cooker and eating lots of brown rice:-)
