I've still been doing it, just not been replying due to laziness. My knees are starting to hurt a bit, which I can only assume means that I am getting more awesome.

I reckon most people will have already known about this, but there's a good website called www.hundredpushups.com that helps you work up to a hundred pushups in one set, over the course of seven weeks. I'm doing it, because I'd bloody love to do a hundred pushups! Also, done todays squats. My knees now make noises. :)

Oh, not long, man, I don't think (maybe someone who's been at it longer than me would know). The Whey Protein I use says that it needs to be drunk within twenty minutes. I don't know if that's the truth or not! You could probably make up a load of yoghurt/fruit/milk and freeze that in portions, then add the whey as you go,…
