Hey ya I hear you about that lol. My LO is 9 months now and thanks to MFP im down to a few pounds below where i started. I still have about 7 pounds until im at a healthy BMI, but I was quite comfortable how I was and Im ok with myself now too. i was 165.3 pounds before I got pregnant. 178.5 afterwards. And now im 157.

hi i love chicken chow mein. its like 514 or something cals per 600g which is one of the plastic containers. It means i can work it in to my day without having to feel guilty about it.

It seems to lose me when i lie down one way but its fine the other way. Maybe try callibrating the sensor again?

Thanks everyone for your input. Its something im seriously considering. The personal trainers at my gym offer a free tester session so think i might try that first and see how it goes. Have to admit Im a bit unsure about doing squats at the gym lol should be fun though. :-)

I imagine that if you keep at it then a bit later on, just all of a sudden, you will notice a difference. If your worried about your motivation. How about getting a friend to go to the gym with you so that way you have someone encouraging you to go to the gym. Or a class! That way you can work off some calories which will…

hi I have kinect for the xbox and i cannot rate it highly enough!! I LOVE IT!! even do the mini games on kinect sports and they get you moving as well as being fun. I didnt realise how unfit i was until i started. i have only tried the biggest loser workout and its tough, for me anyway. Also 'your shape, fitness evolved'…

Hi I use a measuring tape, you know the ones for sewing etc. its soft like material? Just make sure it isnt twisted around you or it wont be accurate. Hope thats some help Tracy
