No, definitely not.

I think you'll get mixed opinions here. Some will think it's torture, while I think of it as motivation. When I was over 200 lbs I bought a gorgeous shirt that was too, too, too small. I used it as motivation and eventually, I did fit into it.

I'm sorry that you're disappointed and frustrated. I know what that can be like. Did you take measurements? Are you logging everything? I feel like logging, regardless of good or bad, helps keep me accountable.
