So you definitely noticed slimmer thighs WITH weight training your legs? Including squats, lunges, etc.? And using weights, or just body weight?

I know its genetics, but most of it is muscle due to training them....so there must be a way to get rid of some of it, and make them a little noticeably slimmer, cannot be permanent!

I know! So much mixed advice and just can't find to seem what works. I thought stretching would help to, I've started stretching more but not dedicated enough so maybe I will start. Good luck with your calf raises, I am confused if training the muscle or not training it will solve the problem, kind of makes sense both…

Thank you! And I agree, I am not going to stop exercise I am just confused if weight training my legs will make it better or worse. Im thinking I should focus on just cardio and upper body weight training. But not sure if I should include even a weightless leg routine once a week. Thanks for the tip!
