  • I would find another location for the tattoo, expecially in a professional enviroment.

  • Bump for later. Thanks.
  • Me, My wife, son, and daughter. I figure everyone could figure out from my profile (male, 41) that I'm the fat guy on fat guy on the end.
  • Here is a link to several around the area depending where you live. I have not tried any, but may try the Katy tail in the near future. What part of the area do you live in? http://www.dallasparks.org/Parks/trails.html
  • I have the Garmin Forerunner 305 and believe that you can setup interval training. It is GPS and mine came with a HRM strap, and purchased the optional indoor foot pod. I have not used the interval feature, but I love it.
  • I have leaned to try and eat fast food for lunch, so that I can prepare my exercise accordingly. Also it helps not to eat it late that I don't at least walk some of it off before bed time.
  • I'm 5' 10" and started running at 246. It was hard at first, but the weight seems to come off faster than just walking. I'm currently down to 220 and run about 3 miles without walking on the treadmill with an average pace of 9 min miles. Outside I run about 2.5 miles with a average pace of 10 min miles. I know it is more…

  • Who wants to live to 150? Not me.
  • Amazing. You look so much happier. Keep up the excellent work.
  • I passed the information on to family in the area.
  • I have this one but have not used it in years. I used it when I would walk on my lunch break and seemed pretty accurate. I didn't want to go with the mechanical ones because I have tried them and were never very correct.…
  • Love sports, I just don't have that much time to invest. Also, I mostly just keep up with the local teams. Sorry, but it sounds like fun.
  • Welcome. This site is great and tons of food in the database. I feel better about myself and don't seem as tired and only lost 20lbs so far. I have started to love jogging and can't wait to enter so runs this summer. I suggest adding friends for support, motivation, and advise. It has helped pushed me to exercise harder…
  • I too play games and of course it is on the big screen TV. If I play, I make sure that I don't play while she wants to watch. We have other TV which helps. He will probably grow tired of them eventually. About the other girl. It is not OK for him to hide it and it there may be something more going on but don't want to jump…
  • Welcome. My advise is to log everything even on bad days or meals so that you are aware of what you are eating, then make adjustments. Also suggest add friends for motivation, support and addvice. It has really has helped keep me motivated. Add me if you like Good Luck, Todd
  • I agree with x98peterson. I'm a new runner but have noticed that since I have raised my distance, that I seem to eat more. Last night I tried eating Clif Bar Shot Blok to boost my carbs before the run and ran 2 miles without walking with an average pace per mile being around 10.30. I ended up doing 4.1 all together with…
  • It is all luck. The higher seeds are more favorable so you should be safe with Kansas or Syracuse. Good Luck.
  • I don't have that one but usually if you reset the time, it it should clear the calories
  • Since I started running and lost 20 lbs, my reward was a Garmin Forerunner with HRM and foot pod (for the treadmill). Not sure what my next one will be once I hit 200 lbs.
  • If you are planning a marathon I would get one with gps. I suggest the garmin forerunner 305 and comes with a hrm strap, and calories burned. On amazon it is about $155 but worth it. It is bulky bun not heavy and can be configure up to 4 data fields on one screen, which is important. I now love going outside and running to…
  • I may have to check it out. Thanks for the info.
  • So now that you beat us in hockey, you can't have friends from the states? hahaha. Just kidding
  • You might have a buised toe. Does it hurt when you walk and put pressure on it? I had badly bruised big toe playing coed soccer. I didn't notice until after the half was over that it hurt to run. Went home and then ended going to the emergency room because it was throubbing. They couldn't do anything for it and it just…
  • Are you into running? Maybe we can motivate each other via MFP. I need help getting back on track. I'm training to run in the Warrior Dash http://www.warriordash.com/ on May 2nd. The most I have done is 3.1 miles. If you are intrested, friend me. If not I understand and hope to soon get on track. Good Luck to you.
  • Keep going for a couple of weeks then give your body a break.
  • Welcome. I suggest adding friends to help support and motivate you to the goals.
