  • Great example you are showing those lovely girls. I wish I was more informed about diet and exercise instead of just being scolded to eat everything on my plate!! After moving from home I thought I had to eat everything left on everyone else's plate. Gross but true!! Keep it up :)

  • ?hey have great 550 and some under calorie meals. Their herb steamed potatioes are awesome, mixed veges Broccoli and carrots you can even have a 7 oz steak!! I looked online and they should be accurate

  • You might publicize your diary so we can see what you're eating. Maybe there are calories accounted for wrong. Are you drinking your water, it really makes a difference for me. Oh yeah do this for yourself not the wedding. :)

  • YYYEESS, sorry to say but from Nov 22, 201 until 2/25/11 I only went down 1 pound then I started atleast 2 a month which sounds slow and it is but I've already lost 135 so I will take slow than gain or the same. Good luck, eat healthy exercise and you can't go wrong. It will show eventually :smile:
  • If you're following the diet calorie count and exercising then maybe there is something medically wrong. Like metabolism not working properly or something else hurting your weight loss because you should lose if you're eating healthy. Please let us know is ever join again!!

  • Bicycle, i have tendinitis and for atleast one week no exercise almost killed me but i started back on bicycle and am slowly getting better. I didn't wait long enough and therefore am taking longer to heel. Good luck
  • I did the same at the exact same weight, dare i say i think mine was. Mental i finally decided to just relax about that milestone and probably went down 3 the next time i weighted. If you're doing everything right just relax and let your body react. To your hard work it will!! Good luck!!

  • I've seen many trainers have theri clients get on the treadmill or eliptical for about 10 minutes to up the their heart rate before strength training, it might help out some.
  • I think if you atleast eat your minimum/usually 1200 I'm guessing you can just save your exercise calories for a little give incase some calories are figured wrong, like some cushion.
  • You may try changing the amount of caloires per day but have them equal your 1350 daily, like 1200 one day and 1500 the other. I've been stuck and playing with the higher/lower intake has worked.
  • I believe the program has deducted your calories for the day so I think you can add back the full 750.
  • Yes, a chubby buddy will help, as long ast hey are motivated. I've had several and they are good until they get burned out. Good luck, even it you change them periodically it's good while it last. Maybe find someone at the gym to partner up with.
