  • I think it depends on your bone structure/frame 128 being small framed and the higher number being for a larger frame. I am 5'8 and large framed. I was always under the impression that my healthy BMI range was 140-170 but now I may have to look into it further. Besides, I think BMI's are terribly inaccurate. It really…
  • This is what I drink. I'm hoping to one day cut out all carbonated beverages but for now I feel like Coke Zero and Cherry Coke zero are just satisfying enough that they keep me form binging
  • OMG, such a good feeling, way to go!
  • LOL. I made my husband do this and now he is addicted. Welcome.
  • I started out with the mindset of wanting to be at the lower end of my healthy BMI range but eventually opted for the more realistic higher end range....which is about 20 pounds heavier. I have gotten to this weight once before back in college. I wish I was as "fat" as I thought I was back then.
  • I'm gonna start this week!

  • Summie is a variation on my real first name and a nickname I've had for many years but sadly it was taken so now I'm justsummie
  • So, a Panda walks into a bar, takes a seat, and helps himself to the bar's complimentary peanuts. After a while the bartender says, "Hey buddy, you gonna buy a drink?' at which point the Panda pulls out a gun and shoots up the bar then calmly makes his way towards the door. The bartender is obviously distraught but…
  • I just made my husband a MFP page and told him here's your password and settings. I added a cartoon instead of his real pic so he wouldn't feel too "exposed". Once he did it for a day or two he got hooked and has more than doubled me in weightloss (be careful what you wish for LOL).
  • I bought one of those "as seen on TV" things that you place under your chin and it pretty much just adds tension as you nod your head (think thigh-master for your face). I didn't really use it enough to "see" and results but I could feel it working. Maybe I'll dig back out and give it another go.
  • Exactly what I was gonna say
  • It's good that you can recognize this and call yourself out on it. That's a big part of having authority over the situation. I think there is a big difference between being excited and being obsessed. Have you gotten this way about other things you found new and interesting? Is this interfering in your daily life? Only YOU…

  • I'm in the c-section club as well and nearly 2 1/2 years post-baby I still have little to no feeling where the incision was made. I fully anticipate a tummy tuck in the future.
  • Americas Funniest Home Videos gets me everytime and of course my own little 2 year old comedian.
  • Lots of walking but also anything that works up a sweat (like tossing a ball to your kids or even to the dog). I also try to play on the playground with my kid as much as possible. Every little bit helps.
  • We can't quit you- so please don't quit us! There's always going to be a reason to give up....what you have to find is a reason NOT to. ((Big Hugs))
  • Quesadillas (made with low-carb corn torillas) filled with sour cream, chesse, and avacado slices.
  • I think I only notice if the items seem out of character to the person buying them. True story; my sister and I once ran into our long-time family doctor in the supermarket and his shopping cart was FULL of assorted liquor and specialty beers. It was Christmas time so I'm sure they were either gifts or for a holiday party…
  • amazing!
  • First thing in the morning, butt naked, before you eat or drink anything
  • Wooo Hoo! Saturday can't come soon enough!
  • Anywhere the drinks are strong and the music is loud!
  • I haven't had a night out in almost a year, I sure hope next Saturday doesn't fall through.
  • My husband works all shifts. Sometimes First or second or third and anywhere from 4 to 16 hours and on occasion up to 100 miles away from home. It sucks...plain and simple.
  • ~To have a healthy pregnancy the next time around (and give my daughter a healthy baby brother) ~To never be considered "Plus Size" again ~To feel sexy ~To have more energy ~To have a healthier life balance ~To have that "OMG, now that I've lost all this weight I feel like I can conquer the world" feeling spill over into…
  • Unfortunately we live in Texas and there isn't one in our whole state but I've heard really good things about it. Some say it is a cheaper version of Whole Foods.
  • All I can think of right now is Kelis' "Milkshake". Pretty much anything you think you would dance to in a club is what does it for me.
  • The last time I lost weight it seemed impossible for me to get in any less than a size 14 jeans. I think I was in them from 220 lbs through my lowest weight of 170 lbs. My sister on the other hand can drop a jean size with every 5-7 lb loss so I guess it just depends on your body.
  • I was at McDonald's with my daughter and a couple other family members and their son. The kids were playing in the play-place. My relatives were taking turns going in and playing with them but had gotten pretty worn out because they are in poor shape too (even though they may be smaller than me). Normally I join in on the…
