Sorry but I don't need your stamp of approval to know that I am a good driver. I don't live in WA, don't drive below the speed limit unless there is a good reason, and I always drive in the slow lane when applicable. Seems like a law that not only promotes but demands speeding "as long as everyone else is doing" might be…

To Contrarian, Hahahaha...no worries. Perhaps I'm not using that word correctly...seemed to fit what I was trying to say though.

Hypocrites really top my list especially when they are the type of hypocrite who likes to sit back and philosophise about why something is OK for one person but not for another. Contrarians; people who choose their beliefs based solely on being opposite of the mainstream. All the people on mommy-message-boards who think…

The Micky Mouse version of A Christmas Carol, A Christmas Story, and Elf......can't pick just one! I even love all those cheesy Hallmark movie ones.

Do you realize how many PEOPLE go without proper medical or mental health care because they can't afford it? Being strapped for cash doesn't make someone a bad pet-parent.

Not sure if it is within your means but sometimes the best treatment for seperation anxiety is to get another dog so #1 isn't so lonely....as long as he's the type who plays well with others.

I like him but I think his first album was far better than any he's put out since

I'm a c-section mama so I totally envision myself getting one somewhere down the line. MIL had one and wasn't thrilled with her results but she had hers later in life and I think that played a big part. My only advice is be SURE you are done having kids before you have it done as I've heard some horror stories about…

I went to college in a town that was fairly small but had a pretty popular casino. A kid we sort of knew (as in he was a friend of a friend who had partied and passed out at our apartment one particular weekend) visisted the slot machines and won roughly 30K. The funny thing is when you win big at a casino they comp you…

A few months ago we were going for a ride in Grandma's car. I was strapping my 2 1/2 year old into her carseat and I had to lean across her to reach the belt. She giggles and says "Hey, it looks like we are having sex." She is very smart and very verbal for her age so I'm not usually surprised by the things she comes up…

Its still pretty new. I've heard women say it messes up their cycle which leads me to believe it messes with your fertility so I'd consider this a no-go for anyone who may still want to conceive....why take the chance?

Awesome job, congrats!

My milkshake, does infact, bring all the boys to the yard.

Well, I kind of understand the question. If only it were as simple as "eat less, excercise more". I know for me, my body goes into starvation mode pretty quickly. I've gone for weeks (possibly months) on end with a negative calorie intake and have had little or no weight-loss. I just couldn't get through my head that less…

....the "mammories"?

Whoa, I can do both of those too! I call it "oyester tounge" because I used to have my tounge pierced so it sorta looked like an oyester with a pearl. I can also raise my eye-brows one at a time (sorta like The Rock)

Not that I've noticed.

We've also used 1/2 cup of applesauce in place of an egg before and it works great.

OMG....you look amazing. Great job!

BMI is a joke....it's even worse for kids though. When I type my 2 1/2 year old daughters age, height, and weight into a BMI calculator it tells me she is "obese", when I change her age to 5 1/2 years and leave the height and weight the same it tells me she is "under-weight". Does that make any sense?

<Lala Ali..............sexy, curvy, fit and totally bad-*kitten*.

Diet rootbeer and vanilla smirnoff is pretty tasty...........I don't know the exact caloric content but I remember it being my college go-to drink because it wasn't as bad as the other stuff.
-
Awwww..........good for you!

5'5 and 163 lbs isn't all that bad to begin with. I would talk to your doctor if you are truly concerned but I think that just making healthy food choices and keeping a fitness routine would be your best bet. I'm kind of in the same boat except I weigh quite a bit more than you. Though there have been studies that suggest…

I'm a size 10 (on a good day) and 5'8 with a rather large frame. When I was "thin" I got down to a size 9. I certainly think there is some correlation....seems that way at least.

Sometimes I wear a little make-up to the gym. Not full-on night-on-the-town make-up, just enough to be a little pick me up. May sound silly but I am currently a stay-at-home-mom so going to the gym/park/grocery store really is "going out" for me.
